1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Wallet Cards - Digital Holder ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities & Data Security

Local Storage Only: You understand that the App stores your data (images, card details, text) locally on your device. We do not maintain a cloud backup of your data.

Data Loss: You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups. If you uninstall the App, clear the App’s data, or lose your device, your data will be permanently lost. We cannot recover it for you.

Device Security: You are responsible for keeping your device secure. We strongly recommend against using the App on rooted or jailbroken devices, as this compromises the security of your locally stored data.

Biometric & PIN Lock: The App uses your device’s native biometric (fingerprint/face) or PIN security. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised device security or shared device access.

4. Privacy & Permissions

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that:

Camera: The camera is used solely for scanning documents on-device via Google ML Kit.

Internet: Internet access is used strictly for serving advertisements and crash reporting via third-party SDKs.

5. Third-Party Services, Analytics & Advertisements

The App includes third-party software development kits (SDKs) for functionality, analytics, and advertising.

Analytics & Performance: We use Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, and Performance Monitoring) to collect anonymous technical data (e.g., crash logs, app launch times) to improve the App's stability.

Advertisements: The App displays third-party advertisements from networks including Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, AppLovin, IronSource, Vungle, InMobi, and Pangle.

No Endorsement: We do not control or endorse the content of these advertisements.

Interaction: Any interaction with these advertisements is solely between you and the advertiser. We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of such dealings.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Attempt to bypass any security features of the App.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, graphics, and logos, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

No Guarantee: We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, 100% secure, or uninterrupted.

Scanning Accuracy: Optical Character Recognition (OCR) is provided by Google ML Kit. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in scanning card details. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of scanned data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or security breaches resulting from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
